The employee shall actively seek opportunities to increase sales rather than waiting for customers to request products. 3. Customer Service 4. Cake and Pastry Sales 5. Product Knowledge Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products used at the café, bakery and products sold by the café. 6. Cash Handling 7. Food Safety & Hygiene Ensure compliance with food safety requirements. 8. Café Cleanliness 9. Stock Management 10. Equipment Care 11.
