KELVIN Chipili of the National Reconciliation Party for Unity and Prosperity has secured the Kamfinsa parliamentary seat with 19,489 votes. Chipili comfortably defeated UPND contender Subeta Kyambakuka Mutelo, who managed 11,489 votes. RASHIDA Mulenga of the United Party for National Development has been elected Member of Parliament for Chambishi Constituency after polling 7,310 votes. Ms. Mulenga was declared the winner on Sunday. She defeated four independent candidates and NRPUP candidate Modester Kabwe. Independent Chikabala Kaleta finished second with 5,967 votes. Kabwe polled 3,982 votes. Other independents were
