KELVIN Chipili of the National Reconciliation Party for Unity and Prosperity has secured the Kamfinsa parliamentary seat with 19,489 votes. Chipili comfortably defeated UPND contender Subeta Kyambakuka Mutelo, who managed 11,489 votes. Kamfinsa Constituency Returning Officer Francis Wasamunu announced Chipili as the duly elected Member of Parliament. (the newsroom, Sunday, 16th August, 2026)
