Qualifications Grade 12 Certificate (minimum requirement). Trade Test / Craft Certificate in Tyre Fitting, Automotive Engineering, or related field (preferred). .Certificate in Tyre Management or equivalent training is an advantage. Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in tyre/rim/chain maintenance. . Experience with heavy vehicles, mining equipment, or logistics fleets (depending on industry). Skills & Competencies . Ability to change tyres, maintain rims, and fit/repair tyre chains. . Competence in daily tyre pressure checks, inspections, and record keeping. . Strong organizational and time-management skills. . Good interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency often required). . Knowledge of safe working practices and PPE compliance. Personal Attributes . Initiative and flexibility in handling tasks. . Accuracy in records management and reporting. . Professionalism, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines. . Team-oriented, with willingness to support colleagues.Requirements
