EZRA TEMBO TO NOMINATE NRPUP MPs UNDER PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION

NRPUP leader Ezra Tembo is expected to nominate Members of Parliament who will represent the party under the Proportional Representation system in the coming days.

Tembo, who was elected Member of Parliament for Dag Hammarskjöld under the NRPUP ticket, is expected to serve as Leader of the Opposition, a position with ministerial status.

After Ezra Tembo withdrew from the Tonse alliance, Mundubile was left without a political party and no single MP under his wing, while Tembo retained responsibility for overseeing matters relating to NRPUP, including presiding over its 59 MPs and all party-related issues.
