SALES & MARKETING OFFICER Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Officer is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in delivering a professional, seamless customer experience. The role prepares quotations, tracks orders, follows up on payments, drives marketing initiatives, and ensures overall customer satisfaction while supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner Prepare accurate quotations and invoices in a timely manner Follow up on outstanding payments and confirm receipt of payments Update clients regularly on job progress and timelines Maintain and update the customer database Promote new services, products, and special offers Plan and support marketing initiatives and campaigns as required Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of printing services Sales, marketing, and negotiation skills Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and related systems) Professional appearance and positive attitude How to Apply: Click the Apply button and send your CV, cover letter, and supporting documents via email.
