Prudential Zambia is recruiting Wealth Consultants across multiple locations. Applicants should indicate the town for which they are applying. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Build and manage a portfolio of clients seeking financial and investment solutions. • Offer tailored advice on savings, insurance and wealth-creation products. • Generate new business through referrals, networking and prospecting. • Deliver exceptional client service and maintain lasting relationships. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Diploma or higher; a degree is an added advantage. • Prior sales experience in the financial-services industry is a plus. • Ambitious, confident and results-oriented. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • High standards of integrity and professionalism. • Willing to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
