The Zambia Law Development Commission (ZLDC), a statutory body established under the Zambia Law Development Commission Act, Chapter 32 of the Laws of Zambia, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced Zambians. Job Purpose To supervise and undertake human resource, administrative, and logistical support services to facilitate efficient and effective operations of the Commission. Key Duties and Responsibilities Conduct human resources management functions to enhance staff morale and optimize utilization of human resources. Conduct human resources planning and forecasting. Conduct human resource development functions to enhance staff performance. Provide administrative and logistical support services. Develop, implement, and review human resources and administrative policies. Implement performance management systems. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate. Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent. Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management. Two (2) years post-qualification experience. Minimum two (2) years experience in a formal supervisory role.
